Release Notes for LOU3

• Vehicle Stock Site Links: This feature lays the foundation for better inventory tracking across your service vehicles by linking them to a Stock Site. With additional features coming soon, this feature will allow for better inventory tracking and usage.

• Serial Number Behavior – Inventory Transfer: When transferring a Serialized SKU that is linked to a document, the current location of the Serial Number will be reflected on Inventory Search.

• Payment Discounts Not Posting Correctly to GL: We corrected an issue that caused the GL to incorrectly post totals when there is a Discount involved, overstating the amount reduced in Accounts Receivable.
• SKU Line Cost Rounding to 2 Decimals: We corrected an issue so that SKU lines now round at 4 decimals instead of 2.
• Blank Customer Records: We corrected an issue that caused random blank Customers to appear in the Customers list.
• Create Date Incorrect on Orders Report: We corrected an issue that caused the wrong Creation Date to appear on the Orders Report.
• Error When Accessing Customer Profile from Documents: We corrected an issue that prevented you from viewing the Customer Profile from a Document.
• Estimate Promotion – Promoted Document Date is Inaccurate: We corrected an issue that caused the Promotion Date on an Estimate to be incorrect. The Order document which results from promoting an Estimate will now correctly reflect the date it was created, not the date the Estimate was created.
