Activation and Setup for Heritage Integration

We’ve partnered with Heritage Pool Supply to offer an integration with LOU that makes inventory maintenance easier and more efficient for you. The Heritage Pool Supply integration allows you to import SKUs, update prices, and electronically send Purchase Orders directly to Heritage!

 

 

REMEMBER! This integration requires an active account with Heritage Pool Supply. Contact your Heritage rep for more information and to get started.

 

Already have an account? Sweet! Let’s get you started with the Heritage integration and start saving you some time.

WAIT! Before you get started make sure you create Heritage as one of your Vendors in LOU.

 

Go to Setup / Configuration / LOU Integrations / Heritage

 

  1. Click the Heritage tile
  2. Click the Toggle next to Inactive to activate the integration
  3. Click Yes to acknowledge that you are activating an add-on integration.
    1. Don’t worry! At this time, the Heritage integration is free of charge in LOU and your monthly bill will not change by activating. Keep in mind that you will need an active account with Heritage to use the integration.
  4. Click the Configure button to get started setting up the integration.
    1. Make sure you have your Heritage account information handy.

  1. Click Create
  2. Enter your Heritage Account information.
    1. Both your Customer ID and the API Key are provided by Heritage
    2. Choose the Heritage Vendor you already created in LOU from the dropdown
    3. Select your Default Branch (consult with your Heritage rep if you are unsure)
  3. Click Save

Once you’ve saved your account information, it will display on the Heritage Accounts page. You can repeat this process if you have additional Heritage Accounts.

 

If you need to update an existing Account, you can use the Actions link to select Update and make your changes.
