      Feature Changes and Enhancements

      • Kit Questions: The Quantity On Hand for each SKU Answer is now a link to the SKU Quantities pop-up that breaks out On Hand, Available, Reserved, etc.
      • Mass Invoice Search – Recurring Order Type: There is a Recurring Order Type column on the Mass Invoice Search Page.
      • Physical Count – Default Personnel Filter: The SKU List for a Physical Count will default to those SKUs assigned to the Personnel opening the Physical Count instead of listing all SKUs.
      • Group Security: There are new Group Security Permissions for Accounting features and the Vendor Profile.
        • IMPORTANT! To facilitate these permissions, the Accounting tile must be accessible to non-admins. Before we do that, we want to give all clients currently live on LOU Accounting the opportunity to get Group Security in place for the Accounting features. Once LOU55 is released, these Group Security permissions will be available for configuration and setup, but the Accounting tile will still be restricted to admins only for one month to allow you time to get Group Security in place. Friday, July 7, 2023 the admin-only requirement on the Accounting tile will be turned off and that tile will appear for everyone. If you want to restrict non-admins from accessing the features in the Accounting tile, you must have Group Security permissions activated before July 7th.
      • Tax Setup – POS Sync Message: When updating Tax Setups in LOU Web, a message will warn you that the new tax settings will not appear on LOU Retail POS 2.0 until you sync data from your PAX POS devices.

       

      Bug Fixes

      • My Task Badge: We corrected an issue that was preventing the count badge from displaying on the My Task tile.
      • Payment Pay In Full: We corrected an issue so that the Payment Total cannot be less than the sum of the Amount Paid.
      • AR Transaction Balance Calculation: We corrected an issue that caused some AR transactions to incorrectly increase or decrease balances.
      • Manage Users – Invite Users Email: We corrected an issue that caused the Invite Users Email field to move as you add emails to invite.
      • Physical Count Stock Site Negative QOH: We corrected an issue so that bins with positive QOH will appear on the Physical Count even when their associated Stock Site has a net negative QOH.
      • Document Search – Scheduled Date After Delete: We corrected an issue that caused a deleted Schedule Task’s Date to appear on the Scheduled Date column of the Document Search page.
      • My Messages thread not sorting most recent: We corrected an issue so that Messages are sorted in ascending order by date with the most recent thread message at the top.
      • Serial Number Modal in Blind Physical Count: We corrected an issue so that the Serial Number SKU modal displays appropriately during a blind Physical Count.
      • Physical Count Negative Quantities: We corrected an issue that caused negative quantity SKUs to display even when QOH Not Equal to Zero is toggled on.
      • My Company Details: We corrected an issue that allowed you to remove the Company Name and leave it blank.
      • Customer Portal Send Message on Order: We corrected an issue so that messages received from the Customer Portal Order Profile are filtered to My Messages / Unread Messages instead of Recent Messages.
      • Kit Item Price Update: We corrected an issue that prevented the cost of a SKU included in a kit from updating correctly when the SKU’s Vendor Cost and Profit Margin is updated on the SKU Profile.
      • Card on File or Manual Entry Card Auth: We corrected an issue that caused cards on file and manually entered cards to fail to authorize.
      • Serial Numbers Sold: We corrected an issue that caused Serial Numbers for sold Serialized SKUs to appear on the Bin Quantities pop-up.
      • Customer Schedule Confirmation Dates: We corrected an issue that occasionally caused a Customer Schedule Confirmation portal page to display the correct date, but the wrong day of the week.
      • Schedule Search Day of the Week: We corrected an issue where the Schedule Search Day of the Week column wasn’t getting updated with the correct day of the week when the Date was updated on the Task.
      • Schedule Date on Work Orders: We corrected an issue where the Schedule Date remained on Pending Work Orders even after the Task was voided.
      • Physical Count SKU Transacted During Count: We corrected an issue so that a SKU that has been transacted after being counted on a Physical Count that is not Complete will trigger a Personnel Task to be created when the Count is marked Complete to indicate that SKU was transacted.
      • Kit SKUs Not on Inventory List: We corrected an issue so that Kit SKUs cannot be created without a default UOM. Kits without a UOM will not appear on the Inventory Search page.
      • Drip Campaign My Tasks: Updated the nightly service that creates Personnel Tasks each day (3AM PST) for scheduled events.
