Bug Fixes
- Sign Up: When a new user signs up for LOU, the user is ID correctly set up to allow them to log into LOU Web.
- Company Owner Doesn’t Match Manage Users: We updated the process by which the Business Owner is set on the Manage Users page.
- Invite Users – New Registration Issues: We updated the user invite process to ensure users receive invites and are authorized to log in.
- Hamburger Menu Hover State Missing: We added the correct hover state for menu items on the left sidebar menu.
- Disabled CC and ACH Payment on File Options Not hidden in Authorization Pop-up: When Allow Credit Card Payment Method and Allow ACH Payment Method are disabled in Payment on File settings, these Payment Types will not display on the Credit Card pop-up and the Bank Account Authorization pop-up.
- GL Export Times Out with System Admin Error: We updated the process for running the General Ledger Export to reduce timeouts and errors.
- Review and Invoice Search Issue: We updated the Review & Invoice page when searching by Customer to display results as expected.
- LOU Accounting – Account Reconciliation: We updated the Account Reconciliation calculations to use rounded amounts.
- Customer Messaging – POF Added Message Not Triggered: We updated the manual payment submission processes for ACH and CC to check the save POF toggle value.
- Errors When Loading Accounting Dashboard: We improved how data is processed to load the Accounting Dashboard.
- CC on File Icon moved when Customer Name is too long: We updated the Customer Name field on the Customer Profile page to support longer names.
