Feature Changes and Enhancements
- Optimize Routes: The mapping tool has been improved to aid with better optimization of routes. If a tech is overbooked, you will have the option to keep those overbooked Tasks at the beginning of their time frame or unassign them so they can be redistributed.
Bug Fixes
- LOU Accounting -- Expenses: We corrected an issue that caused Bills with Purchase Receipts associated to show a variance that prevented posting.
- LOU Accounting – Expenses: We corrected an issue that caused an imbalanced GL when voiding a Bill Payment with a Discount.
- Task Map Preview: We corrected an issue that caused the map on the Task Profile to show a previous location after the Ship To Address has been updated on the Order.
- Optimize Routes Doesn’t Update Schedule: We corrected an issue that prevented the Schedule from correctly updating when Optimizing Routes moves Tasks.
- Disappearing Tasks: We corrected an issue that caused Tasks to disappear from view after Optimizing Routes.
- Optimize Routes: We corrected an issue that caused pins from one Personnel to remain on the map after switching the view to another Personnel as an admin viewing Optimize Routes.
- Optimize Routes Pin Preview Text: We corrected an issue that caused the text on the pins on the map view not to display correctly after optimizing the route.
- Optimize Routes Distance: We corrected an issue that caused an incorrect distance to display after optimizing routes.
