Feature Changes and Enhancements
- LOU Accounting – Balance Sheet Retained Earnings: The Balance Sheet includes separate calculations for Net Income and Retained Earnings in line with correct GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) practices.
- LOU Accounting – Bank Deposits: Merchant Deposits include additional columns of information needed for reconciling accounts such as Payment Number, Payment Reference Number, Customer Account, Customer Name/Customer Display Name.
Bug Fixes
- LOU Accounting – Pay Bills Text Box to Apply Credit: We corrected an issue that prevented the Vendor Credit from appearing on the Pay Bill screens when a Vendor Credit was available to apply.
- Address Zip Code Displayed Twice: We corrected an issue that caused the Zip Code to appear twice when copy/pasting an address into the Address Lookup field.
- SKU Mass Vendor Update – Vendor not Updating: We corrected an issue that prevented the Default Vendor from being updated when the current Default Vendor and new Default Vendor names are similar.
- Reorder Alerts Not Populating: We corrected an issue so that Reorder Alerts appear based on Available Quantity.
- Duplicate SKUs on Orders: We corrected an issue that caused SKUs to duplicate on Orders.
- LOU Accounting – Expense: We corrected an issue that prevented you from voiding an Expense if the Post Date was greater than Today’s Date.
- View Images in LOU Web: We corrected an issue that prevented some images from being viewed in LOU Web.
- LOU Accounting Expense Update: We corrected an issue that prevented you from returning to the Balance Tab when saving a Completed or Pending Bill Payment.
- Mass Invoice – Payment Process Failed: We corrected messaging in the Audit Log for Mass Invoice to better indicate why a payment failed to process.
- LOU Accounting – Payments do not Show when Applied to Bank Deposits: We corrected an issue that prevented the Payments from displaying on the Bank Deposit screen once applied.
- LOU Accounting – Bank Deposit Bypass Payments: We corrected an issue that prevented Payments processed with Bypass Authorization from appearing on the Bank Deposit screen.
