New Features
- LOU Accounting – Journal Entry Report: Two new reports are available (in Operations / Reports / Journal Entry Reports), related to Journal Entries. Both Summary and Detail Journal Entry reports are available.
Feature Changes and Enhancements
- Physical Count Completion Email: Once all adjustments in a physical count have been completed, LOU will send the user an email letting you know that adjustments have been completed and the summary page is ready to view.
- Payment On File (POF) Default: When there are multiple payments on file saved on the Customer record, one of them must be marked as Default.
- Payment Methods – Bank Deposit Filter: When creating an Other Payment Method, you can toggle whether this Payment Method should be listed for inclusion in Bank Deposits under LOU Accounting. When toggled not to include, payments posted with this Payment Method will not display on the Bank Deposit page for inclusion in a Bank Deposit.
Bug Fixes
- Estimates/Orders Alias Update: we corrected an issue that allowed non-admin users to update the Alias field on SKUs when the SKU is on an Estimate or Order.
- Merchant Account – Transaction Key: we corrected an issue that prevented transactions from processing when you generate a new transaction key.
- LOU Accounting – Double GL Postings: we corrected an issue that caused potential double GL postings when there is a delay between adding an amount and clicking post.
- LOU Accounting – POS Credit Card Transactions: we corrected an issue that prevented credit card transactions processed through LOU Retail POS from appearing on the LOU Accounting Bank Deposit.
- Customer Profile – View Images: we corrected an issue that prevented users from viewing images on the Customer Profile after being synced from LOU Schedule.
- Customer Dropdown List: we corrected an issue that caused black lines to appear in dropdown lists throughout LOU Web.
- Deposit Payments Not Releasing: we corrected an issue that caused some Deposit Payments not to release when applied to Invoices.
