      Feature Changes and Enhancements

      • Audit Log Work Order Updates: When a user makes updates to several areas of a Work Order, that information will now appear in the Audit Log. Areas include: Contact Info, Request, Equipment, Schedule, Work Order Outcomes.
      • REO Multi-select Personnel Assignments: When creating a Schedule Task on a Recurring Order, you now how the opportunity to Force Assign multiple Service Personnel and Vehicles or to determine the Recurring Order Personnel Assignment (Round Robin) should assign more than one Service Personnel.
