New Features
- Commissions Tracking: LOU now supports Commissions Tracking. You can create Commission Groups which set the commission parameters and allow you to create Commission Runs.
- Average Cost: LOU now supports the Average Cost Inventory Valuation. When going live on LOU, you can determine whether you want to track Inventory by FIFO or Average Cost. Current LOU companies interested in switching should reach out to support for guidance and information.
Feature Changes and Enhancements
- Customer Statement Performance Improvements: To improve the look and performance of the Customer Statements page, we have updated it to the search grid format seen throughout LOU.
- LOU Accounting No Longer Beta: We have removed the Beta tag from the LOU Accounting tile.
- LOU Accounting – Manually Apply Vendor Credits: We updated the Expense and Pay Bills processes to allow a Vendor Credit to be manually applied to the specific Bill of the user's choice.
- Image Uploads: To improve performance when uploading many images at once, we have removed the individual time stamp. Instead, Images will have a Date associated, but not the individual time.
Bug Fixes
- Stock Transfers for Negative Inventory Don’t Create COGS Posting: We corrected an issue where Stock Transfers to correct negative quantities were not creating the COGS posting to correct the negative.
- FIFO Log Missing Output, displaying incorrect QOH, and non-existent Serial Numbers: We corrected an issue that caused the FIFO Logs for Serialized SKUs to display incorrect QOH and non-existent Serial Numbers due to missing Output transactions. This issue impacted specific clients and did not affect all LOU companies.
- Serialized SKU QOH Incorrect: We corrected an issue that showed incorrect quantities on hand for Serialized SKUs. This issue impacted specific clients and did not affect all LOU companies.
- QOH Displaying in Different Stock Site From Where Serial Number is Listed: We corrected an issue that caused one Stock Site to reflect QOH for a Serial Number attributed to a different Stock Site. This issue impacted specific clients and did not affect all LOU companies.
- Stock Adjustment for Serialized SKU Caused Negative Quantity: We corrected an issue that caused Serialized SKUs to reflect a negative quantity after Stock Adjustment. This issue presented for specific clients and did not impact all LOU companies.
- Serialized SKUs Show In Stock When Sold: We corrected an issue that caused some Serialized SKUs to display as In Stock after being Sold for specific clients. This was not impacting all LOU companies.
- REO Profile Opens Slowly: We corrected an issue that caused the REO profile to open slowly caused by the Invoice query used to populate REO Billing History.
- Journal Entry Created By Blank: We corrected an issue that caused the Created By field to be blank when the user used the plus sign (+) on the Journal Entry tile to create the JE rather than clicking into the tile.
