Feature Changes and Enhancements
- Negative Inventory Warning Permission: Option added for Group Security Permissions Override Request.
Bug Fixes
- Site Profile Templates: Updated Site Profiles to only show saved Templates for the LOU company to which you’re logged in.
- Customer Portal Invalid Customer: Clicking View Portal or using a Customer Portal URL will open the Customer Portal without errors even if the Customer Profile in LOU has not been accessed in a long time. (This does not change portal link expirations)
- LOU Schedule Image Sync Delay: We increased the frequency with which we pull images from LOU Schedule.
- QuickBooks Online Integration: When Batches are recreated and totals are recalculated, the amounts will reset to 0 before adding new totals.
- Payment Profile Card Transaction Details: All card transactions display in a positive amount unless they are Refund payments which will display in negative. All card transactions indicate the amount being charged to the Customer with two decimal places.
- Duplicate Personnel Causes Dashboard not to Load: We corrected the loading error on the Personnel Dashboard caused by duplicate users listed.
- Invoice Outcome Change: Updated the Invoice status to ensure correct transactions appear on the AR Aging Report.
- Equipment Disappearing from Customer Profile: We corrected an error that caused Equipment linked on Work Orders to disappear from the Customer Profile.
- Search Void Page Loses Filter: The SKU filter will remain when accessing the Search Void Page.
- Schedule Task Preview Tile Not Updating Immediately: After updating the Task Type, Date, or Personnel and clicking Save, the new information will appear on the Next Task tile.
- Unbalanced GL Posting in Several Journal Entries: We updated the Journal Entry feature so that Credits and Debits will display on their own lines. We added an error message to guide users to input Debits and Credits on their own lines.
- SOI Attribute Costs not Updating When Added to PO: If an Attribute Answer has a Cost, it will display on the PO when the SOI containing that Answer is added.
- Beginning Balance Deposits Show No GL Comment When Released: When a Deposit is released, the GL Comment displays ‘Payment Deposit Released PAY% Last Name, First Name CUS#”
- GL Register Report Not Filtering Account Type: The GL Register Report will only display GL transactions for the filtered GL Accounts selected.
- GL Batch Export Out of Balance: We corrected an issue that caused specific GL postings to be marked as detail and excluded from summing the GL Balances on the Financial Export.
- REO Profile Outcome Tile Current Status: The status message displayed in the Outcome tile reflects the most recent status/activity.
- Credit Card POF Ran Twice, Reflects Once: We updated the check for duplicates when processing Payments with Payment on File to prevent rapid clicking from causing duplicate Payments.
