We live in the 21st century where everything is digital and clipboards are in museums, but some businesses still need to have paper copies of various documents to run their business.
If you’re a Service department or tech who still prefers to run off paper copies of Route Sheets and Orders, LOU has you covered!
On the My Day screen, the Print Schedule option allows you to print Orders, Packing Slips, and Route Sheets for yourself or your Personnel. Better yet! If you do want to keep things digital – either to print elsewhere or just have a copy outside of LOU, you can choose to email a .PDF of the Orders, Packing Slips, and Route Sheets instead.
Go to My Day
On the My Day tile, there is a button called Print Schedule. This allows you to determine whether you want to print or email both Route Sheets and Orders for the day.
Admins can see their own My Day schedule as well as other Personnel. The Print Schedule button allows them to print schedules for their Personnel one by one or all together.
Print Schedule
- Click Print Schedule
- Select the Schedule Date Range – it defaults to today.
- If you want to select a Schedule Division, select one from the dropdown. Leaving it blank will select all.
- Select Personnel. You can select multiple Personnel. Leaving blank will select all.
- Print Multiple Tasks Per Page – This is on by default. If you want each Task printed as a single page, toggle this off.
- Print or Email: Orders, Packing Slips, and Route Sheets.
- Printing will use your browser’s printer settings to send the items to the printer.
- Email will let you determine whether to email each Personnel their documents or email everything to a specific email address.
REMEMBER! Non-Admin users can print or email Orders, Packing Slips, and Route Sheets for themselves, but not for other Personnel.
