LOU Service Mobile App Scanning to Search and Add SKUs

With the LOU Service mobile app, adding SKUs to an Order or searching for a SKU in Inventory is as easy as tap, point, scan! You can use your device’s camera to quickly scan a UPC Code to search your Inventory or add it to an Order.

 

 

Add SKUs to an Order

  1. From the Task Profile in the LOU Service mobile app, tap the kebab menu (3 vertical dots) in the upper right corner.
  2. Select View Order
  3. Tap the orange Add SKUs button
  4. Tap the little barcode icon in the upper right
  5. The camera on your device will open, ready to scan. Aim at the barcode.
  6. If the UPC is associated with a SKU in your Inventory, the SKU will be added to the Order.

 

 

Search Inventory By Scanning

  1. Tap Inventory on the bottom menu bar.
  2. Tap Search Company Inventory
  3. Tap the barcode icon in the upper right
  4. The camera on your device will open, ready to scan. Aim at the barcode.
  5. If the UPC is associated with a SKU in your Inventory, the SKU Profile will come up on your device.
