Sailing…Takes me away to where I’ve always heard it could be…it’s almost Yacht Rock season, which means time for a LOUpgrade!!

New Features
  • Scheduler Beta! : We've created an all-new Scheduler for viewing and managing your Schedule Tasks! We're doing something a little different with this feature! Instead of replacing the existing Schedule Dashboard, we're releasing this new Scheduler in Beta so you can try it out and see how you like it!
  • Personnel on SKUs: You can track the Personnel who added a SKU to an Order and the Date it was added for all SKU Types.
  • Water Test – Dosage SKUs on Documents: Water Test Dosage SKUs will now be added to an Order automatically when Dosages are entered on the LOU Schedule mobile app.
  • Customer Portal – Water Test Readings: The Customer Portal now shows Water Test Readings and Dosages on the associated Order document.
  • Customer Contact Search: The Customers page now includes a Contacts button, allowing you to see all the Additional Contacts in your database as well as search for the Contacts.
  • Customers – Group Security: We’ve added some security checkpoints focused on creating, updating, and deleting Customer records.


Feature Changes and Enhancements
  • Purchase History – Personnel and Date: The Purchase History tile on the Customer Profile now includes the Personnel who added the SKU and the Date the SKU was added to the associated Order.


Bug Fixes
  • Customer Portal – Address Update: We corrected an issue that prevented Google Verified Addresses from correctly updating on the Customer Portal.
  • REOs Not Processing – Time Zones: We corrected a time zone issue that prevented recurring orders from correctly processing according to their recurrence and activation date.
  • Inventory Coverage Create PO: We corrected an issue where an error displayed when trying to create a PO from the Inventory Coverage page.
  • Onboarding – Personnel Task Types: We corrected an issue where the Personnel Task Types button wasn’t available in the Product Setup Tool.
  • Customer Statement Settings Unable to Save: We corrected an issue that prevented saving changes to the Name, Address, or Email fields if you left the Website blank.
  • Customer Statement Address – Missing State: We corrected an issue that prevented the State from appearing in the Address for Customer Statement Settings.
  • View Portal: We corrected an issue that prevented some Admins from accessing the Customer Portal through the Customer Profile page.
  • Inventory SKU Counts: We corrected an issue that occasionally caused SKU Quantities to be mismatched throughout the system.
  • SKU Mass Update – Zero Dollar Fixed Price Validation: We corrected an issue that caused SKUs that already had a Fixed Price of 0 to create exceptions when included in a Mass SKU Update import. If no changes are made to the price in the import, no exceptions should be created.
  • Serialized SKU Quantities: We corrected an issue that caused the SKU Quantity in Inventory Search to be mismatched from the SKU Quantity in the Inventory Valuation Report.
  • Product Communication Alerts: We corrected an issue where acknowledged notifications were still appearing as new alerts after being read.
  • Schedule Tasks – Timeframe Required: We corrected an issue that caused the Timeframe to be required when updating an existing Task even though it’s not required when creating a new Task.
  • Zero Dollar Retail Prices SKUs Not Posting on GL: We corrected an issue where Invoices of $0.00 were not displaying on the GL.
  • Manually Entered Department Addresses: We corrected an issue that prevented manually entered Department Addresses from appearing on printed documents.
  • Group Security – Update Permissions Page: We alphabetized the dropdown of Group Security Categories.
  • Customer Search – Legacy ID: We corrected an issue that prevented Legacy ID from returning search results.
  • Pool360 – Check Price: We corrected an issue that caused SKUs to be added to the Pool360 Price Update screen when the Check Price button for a PoolCorp SKU was clicked on a PO.
  • Pool360 – Viewed SKUs From Catalog Added to Price Update: We corrected an issue so that SKUs will not appear on the Price Update page when they are not in LOU Inventory as a SKU and should not appear.
  • Pool 360 – Price Update Deleting Rows: We corrected an issue that caused SKUs with a Price Update to be deleted from the Price Update page when they were not manually approved or rejected.
  • Pool360 – Catalog Price Check: We corrected an issue that caused new entries are not added or edited on the Price Update Page when checking their price on the Catalog Search page.
  • My Tiles – Inactive Menu Tiles: We corrected an issue that prevented inactive Tiles from being correctly removed from the Dashboard after being marked Inactive in My Tiles.
  • Task Update – Blackout Date: We corrected an issue that prevented you from adding a Blackout Date when updating an existing Task.
  • Customer Profile – Email Address: We corrected an issue that required you to enter an Email Address on the Customer Profile when updating. Email Address is not a required field.
  • Route List Not Refreshing: We corrected an issue that prevented the list of routes from auto-refreshing upon creation of a new Route.
  • Reports – Columns: We corrected an issue that caused column display issues on Report when switching between different Templates on the same Report.
  • Document – SKU Search: We corrected an issue that prevented the cursor from being in the Search field when clicking the Magnifying Glass on the SKU search of a Document.
  • Kit Questions: We corrected an issue that caused Required Kit Questions not to appear on the Order when the Kit is saved multiple times.
  • Create Invoice – Subtotals: We corrected an issue that prevented the Subtotals from correctly totaling on the Invoice pop-up after you select a line item or when using Select All.
  • Partial Invoicing – Document Search Page: We corrected an issue that prevented the Create Invoice page from closing after creation is complete when the invoice creation is started from the Document Search page instead of from the Order Profile page.
  • SKUs with Long SKU Codes – Invoices: We corrected an issue so that SKUs with unusually long SKU Codes can be Invoiced without a system error. NOTE! SKU Code is limited to 200 characters (best practice is to keep them as small as possible)
  • PO Profile – Customer Wait List: We corrected an issue that prevented the Actions dropdown from closing and made Task lettering white instead of black when the Order pop-up was opened.
