Most of the time, the Evosus team will push LOU Web and LOU Retail POS updates automatically. Some updates may require action on your part. In those instances, we will notify you.
You can determine what version you’re running by pinning in and going to the hamburger menu on the left side of the dashboard and selecting About.
- For PAX e-Series machines: you can check to see if there are updates available for LOU Retail POS by going to the PAX Store. If there is an update available, you can download and install.
- For Windows machines: you can check to see if there are updates available for LOU Retail POS by going to the Microsoft App Store. If there is an update available, you can download and install.
REMEMBER! Windows machines may require an admin password to download/update apps. Contact your Microsoft System Administrator for assistance if you are unable to download/update the app.
